In the effort to provide a high quality after sales service to its clients and to intensify its position in Jordan’s highly competitive automotive market, Al Khayyat Motors has enhanced it’s after sales services and facilities available in the recently inaugurated service center located in Al-Bayader.
 
 

The Peugeot Service Center is equipped with state-of-the art tools and equipment to ensure that problems or requests are efficiently and effectively processed. The service center offers a comprehensive range of services specificallydesigned for Peugeot owners: Peugeot Rapide – for Peugeot owners: Peugeot Rapide – for light service maintenance work, Peugeot Fixed Price offers, Peugeot assistance, training center, body work repair and maintenance, Peugeot genuine parts, Peugeot network services, and the ABC menu priced offers.

Al Khayyat Group was one of the first in Jordan to introduce of roadside assistance service for their clients. All Peugeot owners are assured of roadside assistance in and around Amman. There is a special 24-hour number that is given to all Peugeot owners in case of an emergency and a Peugeot service crew will arrive immediately to help them with their car related problems.

 


With every purchase of a Peugeot car, clients are offered competitive "all-inclusive" maintenance services packages such as oil change, brake system works, filter change, and other servicing activities.With the Fixed Price policy, regular maintenance services are charged  very competitive rates with no hidden costs. Through the Peugeot Rapide service, the service center offers light service maintenance work in front of the client without the need for prior appointment.

To further enhance the after sales services offered, clients are advised to visit the service center for a mandatory checkup; car diagnosis and cost estimate are given prior to start of a maintenance program which ensures the clients’ peace of mind. In addition to the fixed price policy, Peugeot also provides an ABC menu of priced offers, that includes three different maintenance packs: (Service A) is due after the 10,000km, the next maintenance visit (Service B) should be undertaken after 20,000km , while (Service C) should take place after 60,000km.

 


The service center also has a ready inventory of genuine parts at highly competitive prices. The center also has a display of Peugeot original accessories including T-shirts, key chains, watches and hand bags at (Peugeot Boutique).

At the heart of the service center are highly specialized diagnostic tools and equipment which allow online diagnosis and troubleshooting from Peugeot’s global technical assistance service, available 24/7 for any kind of vehicle trouble to ensure top quality service.

Additionally, Peugeot has introduced a training center within the Service Center to ensure that all Peugeot mechanics, technicians and technical advisors receive ongoing training to master new technologies used on the Peugeot vehicles.
